We love babies and kids – and know what they their parents really need - lots of space, understanding, and a few simple rules of the house to play by. And thanks to this child-friendly philosophy it works out perfectly for everyone – we offer an oasis of peace and relaxation for the grown-ups and entertainment and fun for the kids.

Put on your bathing suit and head towards the first Croatian aqua park. Experience pure fun and glide down our waterslides, play in the pools or try some adrenaline-pumping action on the main attractions.
If you are not a fan of large crowds, you can take your family to a secluded beach in the vicinity of the Villas.

Since we are a kid friendly property, there is a small playground with swings and a toboggan for the children to enjoy while the parents relax.
Pebbled beaches
The Istrian coastline is endowed with many beaches with the Blue Flag certificate, which indicates that the water quality and beach safety are impeccable. The coastline along Novigrad and Umag is deemed one of the most beautiful in Istria, and most suitable for swimming, diving, sunbathing and other water-based activities.
There are mostly pebbled beaches and a couple of rock beaches with paved paths leading to the sea. All these remarkable beaches are situated in a range from 800 meters to 3 kilometres from the Villas.
There are popular beach bars, where you can have a refreshing drink on a hot summer's day or listen to the soothing sounds of splashing waves over a cup of coffee. These calm and quiet beaches are ideal for a relaxing afternoon of sea gazing or collecting shells since they are rarely crowded and you can easily find yourself alone there.
Beaches & Zoo in Brijuni National Park
You can take your family to visit the Brijuni National Park, where the children will most certainly be delighted by a ZOO, an ethnic theme park and a safari park. Here you can see the animals in their natural habitat, undisturbed by man.
Istrian bovine - the Boškarin
In addition to many exotic animals that reside here, you will have the unique opportunity to see the indigenous Istrian bovine - the Boškarin.
Brijuni beaches
Another treat for the entire family are dinosaur footprints that have been preserved in the soil for millions of years.

Take a family trip to an organic farm, and let your children explore the farm life with lots of different animals.
After you get acquainted with the challenging farm life, you can take part in a cooking class, using home-grown, organic products from the farm.
This can be creative fun for the whole family: prepare your own meal with fresh ingredients.
Istrian Butterfly Garden
Another peculiar adventure awaits you in Bale, in the south-west part of Istria. There you will find the first Istrian Butterfly Garden. The park is organised as a great flower bed with various plants and flowers that attract more than 50 species of butterflies from the region, some quite rare.
Soap Workshop
We invite you to join us in a very unique workshop: learn how to make your own soap.
This may serve as a unique souvenir or gift that you can give to your friends and family back home. The herbs used in the process will be freshly picked from the Villa's garden and nearby fields, which makes the product completely natural and intensely aromatic.
The soap can be made in all kinds of shapes and sizes (round, shell-like, heart-shaped) and have many signature Mediterranean aromas (rosemary, lavender, lemon and olive).

Carting
The best carting track in the region, built in 1999., can be found in Poreč. By world standards, it offers exciting, adrenaline-pumping but safe entertainment for families, individuals, larger groups and team-building events.
