We are located in the northwestern part of the Istrian peninsula, on the coast, 20 kilometers from Slovenia and 40 kilometers from Italy, where the Mediterranean and Central Europe meet.

Just a few hundred meters from the villa, you can find everything you need: the sea, vineyards, shops, ATMs, restaurants, agritourism, a fish market, etc. Golf courses, tennis courts and wine cellars are a 20-minute drive away.

ARRIVAL:

Arriving from Slovenija:

When you pass the Plovanija border crossing, follow the toll road to Umag (Pula).

Take the Nova Vas exit.

Turn right to Novigrad.

When you reach Novigrad, turn right to Umag at the first roundabout (on your left you will see the Plodine supermarket).

Follow the main road to the Karigador village. On your way, you should pass a village called Dajla.

On your right you will see a soccer field, on your left the sea.

After you pass a little market on the right, do not follow the main road by the sea, just go straight to Punta. Villas Ana & Nina are situated 300m after.
